The strange connection between the 666 and sasuke's seal

Yesterday, I got to watch the movie called Omen *yeah exactly the goooooodd day lol* and they explained that when you got the seal 666 on you, it's mean you're a devil. Strangly, I saw a connection with the heaven seal. First, it's really look like the heaven seal. Second, it's on your body and, well maybe Sasuke hasn't have it in the beginning, but since Sasuke got the heaven seal he become, with time, some kind of devil too.

Anyway, just wanted to share that information with you. May have been useful or not for you.

Mm. Sasuke's not a devil, I agree, but the similarities between the symbols (I haven't seen the movie, but assuming that the symbol is an old one and fairly well-known?) might make some kind of indication. Not toward Sasuke's being a devil perse, but a kind of random, interesting tidbit for those in the know. I believe Anko's mark was the same, right? Mark of the devil, maybe in the sense of it being BY the devil, i.e. Orochimaru.

The 666 symbol in the film (whilst drawn from Revelations 13:18) is the design of the filmakers - there is no indication in Revelations that the Beast himself even wears the number; though he marks people with it.

Orochimaru is a better symbolic candidate for Naruto's devil than Sasuke as his name (though drawn directly from the Legend of Jiraiya) is that of the Orochi, a giant dragon snake of Japanese mythology who, like his symbolic relatives the Beast of Revelations and the Hydra, had multiple heads.

It is a classic symbol that goes beyond the 666 connotation, so I wouldn't draw too many parallels, but it is a good spot nonetheless.

Hahahahah that was in that movie the Omen too. I don't think it's strange, I think Kishimoto probably did that on purpose cause he thought it looked cool.

I find it funny that someone else noticed this. I point it out every time I see the new Omen preview, hence why I've been calling him the Snake of Hell of late. I think in the case of the curse seal, if Kishimoto even did it intentionally, it's just supposed to represent the potential for extreme evil if not kept in check. After all, even the devil was once an angel.

I don't expect Kishimoto was drawing any particular parallels between Sasuke and the Beast(s) of revelations - Sasuke's curse seal is Shinto symbol, the mitsu tomoe (representing trinity) and it appears all over Japan.

He looked even more like curse seal Sasuke in earlier versions, before the horns and when his skin was discolored. (I think it was purplish)

The mark of the Beast portrayed in the Omen is from Revelations 13;18; in fact it's not quite clear that the Beast himself will wear the Mark, but certainly he marks his own with it (in their right hand or on their forehead).

Sasuke's curse seal, rather, is a Shinto mitsu tomoe, and it isn't a symbol connected with 'evil'.

Sasuke's curse seal is based of tomoe which is an old classic Japanese symbol.

This does not make it so that I can't make ebil!Sasuke cracks though XD

Yes! When I saw that movie yesterday, I totally thought the 666 looked just like Sasuke's seal. Yes! Sasuke is the Antichrist!
