BUTTBOW HELP.

Heeeey, lovelies of Chuunin.

I'm hoping to cosplay as Tayuya at a con later this summer, and I was wondering: how should I go about mAking the bow of doom? I haven't a clue how to, and I'd really like some advice (or step-by-step instructions, THAT WOULD ROCK.) so I can do it.

If I get this right, I wanna do curse seal lvl 2 Tayuya next. LOLZ.

Well, I've never made one so I am not really sure, but maybe make it like you would a plushie, like a long long tube of material stuffed with kapok to give it it's shape, and then tie sections to pull the fabric in and form the segments?

There was a manga version of Sasuke at a con I went to, and Sasuke's new outfit has a purple bow, all the cosplayer did was tie thick purple rope around her waist. You could do something similar.

I saw some one who had just made it from purple cloth stuffed with stffing and then they used wire to give it the rope affect.
