I love that picture. Its one of my minions' boyfriend's laptop background, due to him being a Narutard, as well.

Her hair rocks, but I seriously doubt she is related to Gaara. Kiba or Jiraiya, maybe, but I doubt Gaara.

Ino's hair is blonde, she must be related to Naruto. Oooh, ooh, and Shikamaru is actually an Uchiha, note the black hair.

Not *every* character has to be related. Really.

And that doesn't make sense. Gaara's mother died from childbirth, so even if Rin married his father, they're not related...

No, I highly doubt rin is related to gaara but it is a good crack theory. One theory floating around is that she is related to the kiba and family because of the face paint but the fact she has no dog snuffs that one out (no pun intended :P).

She doesn't have a dog-related name, either. All of the Inuzuka family members are named for a part of a dog's body, like "Fang" (Kiba), talon and various other things.

There's one example. Everywhere I go, it says that "hana" means "nose".

Also, if you look up "hana" on this, then you get both "nose" and "flower" as translations. ^^

His mother, Tsume. Her name means "tooth" or "claw". That's two there - Kiba and Tsume, and Hana follows the pattern.
