Who/What in the hell is/was Kagerou and what kinda stuff was that for her to shed from that body like that......can anyone explain, cause I'm in total shock. Then, where in the hell do you get "Ephemeral Vengence" from 'uta-kata', it just doesn't add up (unless those are the words lol)......although her move was sweet, I just wanna here some theories on her background.....

I think it was an insect thing, like a cicada shedding it's husk and coming out. The original shape was the larva/pupa stage, followed by the more powerful, prettier stage. Also, I'm pretty sure that was a boy. >_>

I am not sure if Kagerou is male or female now! :) It doesn't matter, I shall use he, even though 'he' wore a fetching little slip dress - I think the teammates were impressed! ;) I loved that scene. :) But I wonder if (if he makes it!) he'll be able to do the earth melding/moving jutsu anymore or if that went with the cocoon stage...

I assumed it was a girl, since Naruto shouts "Onna?!" or someting along those lines when she comes out of her pupa... but I was watching it raw on TV so I may have misunderstood. XD
