Well, I just finished a paitning of chibi!sakura that I started today after school. It's gridded, so it looks better from a bit of a distance, so don't go putting your face so close to the screen. o_o It'll look terrible that way. xDD







I messed up on her face, but... I still think it looks good. >_< It was originally a project for school[we had to do a monochrome of anything we want that wasnt anime; I did this just for fun], but I got bored of doing the one I'm Originally working on[its a LOT bigger, with smaller squares-- damn you, art school!] so I decided to do one of Sakura for fun. o_O

haha! I did this at school too, it was A3 sized, and we had to create it from lots and lots of paper torn from magazines X_X This looks awesome. ^^ b

Monochromatic means using only one colour. :) So that's why she's entirely different shades of pink.

SO neat! I had to do something like this last year, but in B&W, and of a chair. So boring! You did a really good job with the tones on her shirt, especially - I remember how tough it was to get the shadows down in the right places and to keep the colours consistant one tiny square at a time, but you did a great job of that. :)
