Naruto 169! ^^

:D It's Wednesday night, that very special time of the week when Naruto graces our screens with an all new story. But this week is very special because as we all know from last weeks preview, someone extremely important and smexy features in this week's episode. I know his mere presence makes the rest of story hard to follow. But bravely, we should give it a try! :D


We open with the disturbed sleep of one Mitarashi Anko...


(the text warns you to watch TV in a bright room and keep your distance from the screen...)



But what could be disturbing her sleep so....?



It is a dream of her childhood....



...looking out across the sea...



But she is not alone...

O_O She's in pain from her curse seal, you perverts! Tsk! :D



Back in the real world, Shizune explains the mission with stick puppets....





No Shizune. Put them down and take off the kittty ears. Sasori danna says this is not art, un.



Naruto is meeting his comrades; I capped this for Ino's expression, for all her fans. ^^



...when they are snuck up on by Gil Grissom Shino! Naruto is scared by the power of his sneak! Shino tells them the Hokage wants to see them...

And they find out that Anko is their Leader for this mission;





Naruto remembers getting licked in the chuunin exams and is scared...

Shizune is not sure what's going on.



And off they go. ^^ When they reach the coast, memories of the island before them start coming back to Anko...





*swoon*



Moody!





Oh Anko, running from anatomical specimens? *sigh* It's science, Anko! Sceince!



Shino notices Anko is a bit under the weather; she takes off and the team go to investigate and they meet the local island pariah (an apparently disabled, heavily bandaged girl...



..and the local ninja troublemakers. They're skilled in their jutsu, but their attempts to outcool Shino in the eyewear stakes fail.



Ino gets stroppy...

The team are sailing over to the island when they get attacked by the locals and Ino is knocked from the bost; Anko rescues her...



...and Shino is very heroic and manly...



Naruto tries to make a summoning...





But these are not the frogs he was looking for, and lost in the waters, he is rescued by the mystery girl. ^^



Next week...
