Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 (Gamecube)

My new game, Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 is currently shipping and should arrive anyday, but before i play an import i like to have some knowledge about it, but the only info i have found is in Spanish, which is a pain. I was wondering if anyone could possibly give me the detailed moves guide and special moves list for all characters (Keep in mind this is for Gamecube) Im so curious about how many moves/which moves are used for all the characters and i'd like to get a great feel for the game before i play it so i don't have to spend hours figuring out what to do to its fullest extent. Any info is much appreciated, thanks in advance.

It's pretty easy if you just remember that every special is somehow related to the Y button. If you still need help with moves, reply to this comment and I'll whip up a full specials list.

Hey! ^-^ I checked out gamefaqs and the only move list I could find was Spanish like you said. Anyway, I have the game so I guess I can help you out a bit, basically...

B - Punch
A - Kunis

If you press B followed by a different combination of A's and B's the combos are different as well (ie: BBBB, BABA, BAAB, etc.), but B has to come first. Keep in mind that upA, downB, backA, forwardA, etc. are all different types of moves.

There isn't a jump button so up on the stick is to jump (you can jump twice max). As you jump, you can press A or B and different moves come out from that also.

You don't have to go backwards in order to block, as long as you don't click anything, you block by default (but be careful because shields can be broken). If you toss the person (Y button) people can't block.

Y - Toss
Z - Change target when fighting against multi-players.

R - Dodge right
L - Dodge left

If your Chakra bar is three bars full, then you can counter by pressing R or L when someone hits you. You will transfer yourself behind them (or somewhere around there) and it takes a while for people to get used to turning around so you can hit them with a combo. Be careful when the screen shifts around when there are more than two players because you'll have to worry about what moves you do in regards to the direction you face.

If your Chakra bar is full, you can do a special attack. The special attacks differ for each character and the way each of them works is different as well (ie: One of Temari's special needs to catch someone in her tornado range which flies foward, Tenten's special needs to have the person within a fairly close distance). Each combo hurts a different amount (for Kakashi's you have to charge your Raikiri) and most characters have two types of specials. To activate different combos, it depends on which direction your joy stick is (forward, back, etc.).

Each character has his/her own special abilities so find whichever one suits you and use them! ^-^

(Chakra is gained when you are hit or when you hit another by the way.)
