Question about Naruto shippuden episodes 144 to 152

Hi!
I did not watch those fillers but I was wondering if there was any episodes in this that was worth watching? Maybe Naruto having a moment with the other jinchuuriki, or something about Naruto past or some awesome fighting scene? Just something interesting?
Sorry, after the Naruto fillers we had so far, I tend to not watch them anymore but since there is another jinchuuriki...maybe there's something worth in this?
