Notes: Post chapter 698. Posted in Ao3 and FFnet. I haven't been active in the Naruto fandom for years (aside from reading the manga), but the fact that it's ending and how PERFECT chapter 698 is has woken so much feelings in me.  The coming end is so bittersweet and I've been rereading the whole series and so much nostalgia.  I thank this community and this fandom and Kishimoto for making such a beautiful work of art that's occupied 15 years of my 25 years.  This pairing will always be in my heart.
