I just cracked up by myself after reading the new English title to the 9:00E Naruto showing. In the info on cable, it reads " Fifth Gate: A Splendid Nonja is Born ". Haha... Nonja. I'm gonna go watch Nonja Scroll now.

I read an article with Kishimoto by the US Shonen Jump, and I just found out Kishimoto already has the final chapters made. He has them sketched frame-by-frame. He said he still has way too much stuff to cover before it ends, but he's rock solid on what the final outcome is. It scares me, because I want Naruto to last another 6-7 years. :[ I know it's gonna come to an end, but God, I don't EVER want it to... and hopefully this final release he spoke of doesn't come TOO soon. Plus... I'm sure as he continues forward, he will add edits and changes in to the final chapter anyway, but still...

Wow I'm actually glad that he's got a specific ending ready in his head. He's got a goal. I like to have the ending of something so I'm not going to complain. Far from that. I love Naruto but when the day will come, I'll be excited as hell and will be surely glad ^^. I trust Kishimoto-sensei forever now ^^.

To be honest I couldn't care less how or when it ends, so long as he doesn't finish off with one of those annoyingly corny epilogues where everyone is OMGWTFHAPPY! That would just be...GAH! He can make it happy, but not those kind of:
So Naruto, like, became Hokage and married Hinata and they had lots of foxy Bakuygan (sp?) babiez!!1!!!1!! Sakura got Sasuke and he became a proper person, and of course Itachi rots in hellz cuz he is lyke teh ebilz!!!1!!!!11!! And Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke were considered sannin.

You get the picture. I may cry if that happeens, it would be such a cop-out!

I wonder if Akatsuki will last up to the end, or if he's gonna get another bunch of villians, and when Itachi will die 'cause he better not die soon.

My only wish is for the ending to be at least somewhat open-ended.

...like, pairings. No pairings please, Kishi-sama. Hint and suggest all you want, but make all your fans happy and leave it up for interpretation. ♥

Also, if Sasuke does end up killing Itachi (or someone else does, if Itachi dies in general), I will be extremely sad. 3: And Kakashi's whole "killing him won't make it better" speech will have been for nothing.

I almost want some kind of cliche'd change of heart somewhere along the line, much as I would find it just as stupid as everyone else. I just really don't want 'tachi-kins to die. I guess so long as Kishi-sama made it angstfull enough I'd be content, but I'd still go off and emo about it for about a year.

Holy hell will I angst for an eternity. My room will become a photographic memorial to anyone who dies by the end of Naruto, especially if it's Itachi. I'm sorry, but I just can't picture Itachi even bleeding, so if he was to die... I would feel so lost :[ Just imagine him on the ground looking up at his younger brother as he takes his life? It's so hard to picture in actuality. His demise will be himself though... guaranteed. His eyes will wear and eventually worsen and blind him, or something with his eyes will occur, you can just feel it.

I think Sasuke might die, too. Either that... or I see two other options. Him hiding within the shadows of his former team mates, stil having a heart.... or he will apologize to his friends and admit he loves them when all is through, and that he knew he'd be back for them, but needed to use Orochimaru and the hard life for power for his goal.... or maybe this last one mixed with Sasuke and Itachi killing each other off. You know what would be a real pisser? Sai killing Itachi. Sai really just mostly stayed out of the way and talked when confronted with Sasuke, but if he's in a superior class of ANBU, I don't think it's too farfetch'd at ALL that he has the power.

We all know Naruto will become Hokage... and it's so clichè, though I unfortunately would rather not have it happen. Actually... I want to see Naruto die some time. Maybe he will become Hokage for a few chapters and then show his old life, passing his power to a new generation... or maybe he'll have a relation with someone and have children that are empowered by the Kyuubi as well or something... unless Akatsuki takes it and uses it for themselves first that is. It only makes sense considering the amount of Akatsuki and amount of Bijuu.

I think if there's going to be relations, one will definitely be Naruto and Sakura. I think that Kishimoto is planning for most characters to have relations so a new Konohagakure generation of the same clands can continue the traiditional legacy they started by having children. I think Sai and Ino was a branch of that, too. Temari and Shikamaru without a doubt. How can you not? But it brings up questions, what about the other characters that wouldn't have a love, or a partner...? Will they get extra's that are random?... like Kankurou, and Shino? Exclude Chouji, cuz he'll probably just marry and make sweet mouth love with a bag of potato chips, ending his clan.

Seriously... so many questions and possibilites! The only thing is, I am really wondering about how the hell Akatsuki will be played in the future? Will they all die? Some die? None die? I mean... if we have to wait for 9 of them to die... then christ on a ham and turkey sandwich will we be waiting FOREVER. I think this is another reasoning for Akatsuki's succession.

Also... this 'leader' everyone calls him... who's his enemy gonna be? Naruto? I doubt it. At least for right now. Maybe I will see him in a final confrontation as Naruto, Sai, Sakura, and Sasuke battle together against him? I also think they'd have to go through another skip in time and be older.

It won't. I actually don't think that Naruto will be the hokage. I think Konohamaru will be the hokage. Naruto might actually be more ^^.
For Hinata, hum I like the Naru/Hina vibe but in a way there's something wrong about it that bugs me :/. Naruto is a very stubborn person and the first girl he saw is Sakura so I guess it will always be Sakura and Hinata is too sweet to be a second choice. Plus Hinata's crush on Naruto seems to be more like a crush on a role-model than anything else. I'm still not sure about the love stories on Naruto land (a part about Shikamaru/Temari of course), there's always a link that can be followed.

I wouldn't worry about the Naruto fandom dying or the momentum decreasing all that much even after the series ends. Take something like Firefly, for instance - that show was canned by FOX so fast you wouldn't think anyone had a chance to watch it. Hell, it didn't even make it through one season. But the fans continued strong for like, three years, got a movie made, and the show is done and over with, but the fandom's momentum has hardly declined. If the fans truly love it (which we do, oh yes we do), it'll never die X3

I think it will really take some more time before Kishi-sama ends it... considering the many loose ends, questions,etc. and the fact that he's a fan of Akira Toriyama! (XD DragonBall, anyone?! what a looooooong anime....)

I have a feeling Sasuke will die... but maybe not... I dunno... but I don't want Naruto to die...

I also want to know about Naruto's family background... So I hope Kishimoto somehow will explain it...
