ok I may just be an idiot and I'm not sure but... is this a real picture from the Anime/ Mange or does someone just know how to draw and use the computer really good... like I said I maybe an idiot but I really want to know because I love<3 this couple it's too cute^^ so what do you think?.. oh and ignore the Black-mail from Ino stuff^^; i just want to know about the actual picture

well, people seem to have beat me to it and said that its fanart(really good one too)

to post pictures, you use the following tag <*img src="URL HERE">, just remove the * and paste your picture url within the quotation marks.

There's not much couple-wise post-time jump. But basically what they're doing is (spoilers, duh)

Temari is sort of an ambassador to the Leaf, and she and Shikamaru are working on the chuunin exams together (I think at least)

to me it looks like two real drawings of them from seperate images, and someone just photoeditted them and put them together like that.

to make image posting even simpler than what wolf_crossbreed said, photobucket actually has it all laid out already for you :)
you'll see three boxes under the image. one says "url", one says "tag", and one says "img"
copy all of the "tag" link, and paste it in an entry where you want the picture.
ta-da!
