chuunin is a pretty good comm for starting discussions. there is a group called narutoforadults too that i think has discussions. but i don't really understand what your project is about. if its taking stuff from chuunin as a whole, i dunno if you can exactly get permission to do that since that is a lot of people's words. if you just need one discussion example you should just make a new post and state that you'll be putting it on your website and have people discuss there if they decide they wouldn't mind that.

Say you could use chuunin -- how would you use it? Would you quote things people have said on it? Simply link to it to say "here is an example of a Naruto discussion group" or...?

You might be better off asking your teacher about this, if you think chuunin is a questionable source for this project.

As for other discussion groups, I haven't been myself but the NarutoFan forums (http://forums.narutofan.com/) might be worth checking out.
