RPG ad behind the cut! (: We're a multifandom AU, and we've just started advertising. So just about everyone is free.

The sun rises and the sun sets on the city day after day, night after night.

Delta’s a cute little place. Really. Don’t believe me? Take a look around-- tall buildings, scummy alleyways, well-kept lawns and white picket fences. Delta’s all about contrast-- you can be going through the highest class neighborhood in the city and then, right next door is the lowest of the low, kids stuck in that vicious cycle of poverty. Really, you can’t be exactly sure what to expect, yet you get used to the sudden changes after a while.

There’s more to the place than you might think, though-- it’s generally a pretty clean city with little vandalism, little petty theft, and there’s a reason for that. The police forces in Delta are harder at work than they are in most places; rigorous, strict and always watching, it’s difficult to get away with murder in a city where every other street corner has a bluecoat on patrol. Okay, so every other corner is an exaggeration-- but there sure as hell are a lot of guys out and about.

Don’t think for a second that this stopped criminals.

A person can get used to anything; and so, the less honest citizens of the place adapt. Change. You know-- they evolve into their own unit, holing up in abandoned warehouses tucked away in v541, masquerading as traveling entertainers who are really just out to pinch a few pennies from your pocket. The slick conman becoming more than just slick, and the cat burglar becoming more than just quiet.

They become craftier, a decidedly slippery bunch-- if you’re not, you’ll get caught.

Plain and simple.
