Naruto Goes to the Olympics
Aug. 10th, 2008 12:49 amI just kind of find this funny: So during Beach Volleyball, they usually play a mix of songs in the background - not full songs, just bits and pieces interspersed by short periods of silence. Anyway, I nearly peed myself for some reason when, during the Women's Brazil vs. Mexico match, I heard them play not only a bit of Raising Fighting Spirit, but just now they played a bit of Strong and Strike too. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, since I imagine Naruto's popular in China too but still I just thought it was cool.

But, it's not as rare as it seems, anime's songs are widely used in Tv shows and in other things too... At least in my country.
