Seeking Elusive Images

First, does anyone know/remember/have a very pretty Minato icon with him and falling leaves, and text that was something along the lines of 'remember november'? I could have sworn that I put it in my icons folder, but now I can't find it.

Secondly, does anyone know who originally did this super-hot Hinata pic?

Or where I can find it in a bigger version?
