Every year for the Naruto manga annerversty (can't spell), Kishi's assistants sometimes do a drawing on the blank page of the manga volumes before the chapter starts.

Does anyone know where I can find these artworks online? They are very beautiful and a change to Masashi Kishimoto's designs.
