JUST DO IT!

Summary: "Just be my husband for like, twelve minutes okay?"
Disclaimer: meh.
He was back. He was back and all Sakura could do was run in the opposite direction, frantically searching for Shikamaru. She was going to ask him to be her husband for, like, twenty minutes or so, to convince Sasuke that she had moved on (when in reality she really hadn't) so he would leave her alone and feel bad.
Yeah. Because that would totally happen.
After ten minutes of searching, Sakura had finally found that stupid pineapple-head in the crowd. "Shika-" she gasped, "-Shikamaru! Shika-" she stopped her frantic calls when the pineapple-head turned around.
"I'm not Shikamaru, Sakura-san." Shikaku greeted with a mirth-filled smile. "He's at home, sleeping." As usual...
The pinkette rolled her eyes. Of course he was. Nevertheless, Sakura felt guilty for mistaking her elder for someone she knew; granted, she felt that she shouldn't feel too guilty considering the fact that they were related and did look very similar. Thus, she apologized. "My apologies, Nara-san."
The man grinned at his subordinate, "No need to apologize, Sakura-san,"
After a few minutes of awkward feet-shuffling from Sakura and maniacal grinning from Shikaku, Sakura smiled nervously under his gaze and began to shift away. "So, I'll be going..." she trailed off, noticing his grin. He was still smiling strong, as if he knew why she was looking for Shikamaru. Well, he was a genius but so was she and she was going to find he-who-sleeps-too-much. She fidgeted once more before bolting away with nothing but an: "Um, bye." to follow.
As soon as he was out of earshot, Sakura sighed in relief; she really needed to get her Shikaku and Shikamaru differences down. She also really needed to find Shikamaru. Well, Shikaku already told her where he was, now she just had to hope that he was still there.
He was. And he didn't look surprised, at all.
"Shikamaru, I want you to be my husband."
Okay, now he was.
