New Comm...?

Hey guys, I was wondering if a new community would be a good idea. I would like to know who would like a Naruto crack/rare pairings community. The only one I knew of has died. So unless someone can point me in the direction of a good one, I would love for there to be a new one.

So, any takers?

And if there are, what would be some things that everyone would like to do? Like, a monthly challenge for takers or something and of course other community activities. And, maybe a good mod. I might be able to do it, but who knows. I don't have a lot of confidence in myself to do it, but if I had enough supporters I would.
