Holy mother of ... Juubito eerily reminds me of Pt. I Gaara except a bazillion times more powerful.
And there's still another top up? Does it ever end?
That 10-tails Jinchuuriki appearance is not exactly flattering. Too many logos on the back, looks like a stock car.
I hope Obito not being mentally present means we're done with the annoying Rin-flashbacks.
Kudos to Naruto being smart, I appreciate the explanation.
So, if even Hashirama is crapping his pants, who's going to be able to stop this guy? Could neo-Team 7 really be stronger if they truly work together or do they need more powerups? And what's Madara's role in all of this?

Madara aims to stand up. In slow-motion, which means it will need at least 5 chapters until he does something.

Also: perhaps the Juubi has overriden Obito? Does it have a personality? And if yes, then why it was bent on destorying the world so Rikudo ripped it apart to save everyone? Or in general: where does it come from? I hope we will get some questions answered, which means Obito has actually to start his plan. If he is still present to act on it.

This chapter is even more confusing than the previous one. Still it's a surprise that apparently Madara changes to the good side before Obito does. (I guess he'll be almost as reliable as Sasuke.) Also, calling Obito pure evil is a bit overdone. I know, the lines are not written by Kishimoto; still it's a bit strange. I also wonder whether this is still really Obito, or someone/something else.

He was doing a jutsu to become the jinchuuriki. He and Minato were standing on top of the ten-tails when Obito got slashed. When he's lying face-down, he's already completed the jutsu...he sinks into the juubi and becomes its core. The juubi starts getting sucked into Obito, which is why Minato et. al jump off and why the ten-tails seems to disappear, because now it's inside Obito.

Why do you think Madara is changing to the good side? The way I got it he's only got another trump up his sleeve now that Obito crossed his plan. Maybe he can somehow still take control over him.

He will take his time long enough for juubito to show off his new powers.I'm not sure how he can top "vaporize two zombie kages with snip of his fingers" or demolish the landscape even more than the juubi though.

Finally Madara has decided to get off his ass and do something. And now that Obito has apparently forgotten his name and become the ten-tails, no more having to listen to him talk! ...I feel like this is not the emotional reaction that this chapter was meant to produce...

I think his actions resemble Sasuke's: for the moment he will join the good side because that suits his own plans. We will see what happens afterwards.

Another reason for Madara helping the good side is the fact that even the four kages don't have enough power to defeat Juubi-Obito. So Madara is simply needed to help them.

Maybe the end of the manga is closer than we think. Sasuke and Madara won't betray the good side after the juubi is defeated, it will turn out that everything was a misunderstanding and really the fault of the pure evil which is the Juubi.

But didn't we find out that the tailed beasts aren't evil? Given that the juubi is made of the tailed beasts put together, it would be kind of weird if it was pure evil. I mean, why would it be?

From this chapter, it seems that Madara still has at least one plan he's working on, so I assume once Obito is subdued Madara will put that plan into action. Or maybe he'll do it mid-fight with Obito so both things are happening at once? But in either case I can't see the manga ending without Madara doing something more. Agreed on both your points about Madara joining the fight against Obito though.

That's true. So it's not the Juubi... But I wonder who or what has taken over Obito. I know it's a line written by someone else, but the idea of Obito having become pure evil still seems strange to me. (Actually aside from a couple of minor Akatsuki we haven't seen any purely evil person in the manga so far. Okay, Danzou, but that's my judgement, not the manga's judgement. Obito cannot be the one person who's irredemably evil, and I don't think it's Madara either.)

I feel bad for Obito, but at the same time, I don't. After all this bullshit that he's pulled, all the lives that he's ruined, and he dares call Minato 'sensi' after being responsible for killing both him AND his wife. BUT, Obito should be in a mental ward, so I just feel bad, because I don't think Japan's really developed mental institutions of Britain's calibre.

But yeah, really glad I won't have to suffer through another chapter of Obito's epistemological meanderings.

Easy: Naruto and Sasuke perform a Dragonball Z-style fusion and defeat Juubito. Moved by this display of Uchiha/Uzumaki-unity Madara drops his evil plans and happily ascends to nirvana. Then S+N start a love quadruple with Hinata and Sakura (and whoever else fandom wants them to). Kakshi returns from the Kamui dimension just in time to rejoice.
