I never understood the logic of wearing the headbands in visible places ever. Or calling them forehead protectors when a lot don't even put it on their foreheads.

"HEY GUYS, LOOK AT ME, WITH THIS MARK ON MY HEAD PROVING I'M FROM AN ENEMY CLAN. THAT'S RIGHT, COME AT GET ME."

Makes sense for Lee to wear it under the vest, IMO. Sure, there's the whole, "flaunt it with honour and pride" thing, but geez. Wander into an enemy territory, and they KNOW you're an enemy.

actually the forehead protectors were invented cause drawing naruto's goggles everytime would be such a chore. i read that somewhere. wish i could remember where though so i could show you guys..

Kishimoto said in one of his interviews (they can be found at nartuofan.com) he got rid of Naruto's goggles and replaced it with a the forehead protectors because he didn't want to draw the goggles all the time. Not necessarily why he invented the protectors.

I'm not arguing about the protector's existance, I'm just arguing that they use it like a giant "LOOK ENEMIES I AM YOUR RIVAL CLAN" or that they don't all use it on their forehead.

I agree. The only thing that makes it more silly is the fact that's it's shiny. It's not exactly the best for stealth missions. And open toe shoes?!?!

Oh, yes. Sure, you can reflect, but if the light catches it when you DON'T want it to, you could give away your position and die.

Silly ninja. Also, loud colors like Naruto's - bright orange is not an acceptable color when being sneaky and subtle. Hello dumbass.

Open toed shoes... ugh. I have a pair that I made... and judging by the construction, and having worn them for two days... something gets stuck in your shoe, and it is painful and lodged there and not at all good. And tripping. Ow, toes. And don't get me started on Tsunade's heels.

Also, the bandages. What the crap. Particularily Ino's - um, hey, you're a ninja. I had enough trouble keeping a small leg wrapping neat and tidy over the weekend, how are you wrapping your chest to your knees in it and keeping it perfectly covering, plus going over angles like your CROTCH?

Methinks the ninja are really kind of dumb when it comes to clothes. Practicality people, practicality!

Hmmm. Sakura's eyes and hair are alot lighter than before. But I guess it's possible, as some kids' hair/eye colors either darken or lighten as they get older.

And we all know Kakashi isn't looking at the book. ♥
