The forehead protector's adjustable. ^_^ My Kakashi's about a foot tall. I've seen some half his size, but he's more huggable this way. X3

the one i have is almost 2 years old! and i've been sleeping with it every night since, so his hair is no longer fuzzy... and if his shoes are hard on the bottom.. beware! those hurt to sleep on... (omg the bruises!)
