Quick question; can you animate icons in PhotoShop? I've tried finding tutorials, but none have helped me. Or I'm too dumb. OR...do you know of any free, or at least free trial, programs I can download to animate some icons?

Photoshop doesn't do animation, if you have adobe image ready, u could... but I dunno how to use image ready.

yeah i agree about image ready... I dunno how to get it working.. >__< more like getting it animate... @_@
