Just save it as you would any picture. It won't be animated on your desktop, but if you upload it anywhere, it should start moving again.

Yup. It's from a scan of an "official how the unitard works" thing. There's details of the snaps up the left side, which reminded me of those little unitards infants and toddlers wear, although the snaps are in a totally different place.
