Yup, it's Shizune, assistant of Tsunade, ace mednin and neice of Tsunade's lost love Dan. ^^ She's holding Ton Ton the pig. It's a pig that seems to be their pet. I have never understood the pig....:)

She is Shizune, and she is Tsunade's little bitch. Tsunade was in love with Shizune's cousin, Dan.
The pig is Tonton, who only says "Oi!" in this really depressed way.
