Character ID Help?

Hello all, this is my first post over here, but I need some help. ^^ I was browsing through AnimeGalleries.net, and I came across these three pictures at the bottom. I usually follow the manga only, but I have seen episodes 1-100 of Naruto and have not seen these guys. Are the anime fillers? And if so, could someone please tell me their names and what's going on? I have some graphics of them labeled 'Unknown' that I would like to clear up. Thanks for the help!

I dunno about the first two, but the third is some guy named Aoi, from the Tea Country filler. I took good care to avoid that one.

The first two are characters from the Jump Festa special fillers. I, uh, forget their names. XP BUT, I do remember the third guy's name, Aoi from the Tea Country arc.

The first two, whose names I sadly cannot recall, are from one of the Jump Festa episodes. Guy up top is the (initially very reluctant) hero of his village and local genius in this most tiny of hidden villages. The second guy is the villain of the story, whose a bit crazy. ^^

I believe the name of the guy with the parasol and amazing eyes is named Aoi...sadly yes; he is associated with the most loathed 'tea country' filler arc. Poor chap. Feel his pain.

The first is Shibuki, from the second OVA, Battle At Hidden Falls.
The second is Suien, from the same OVA.
The third is Aoi, from the Tea Country arc, which you should be seeing in an episode or two.
