Uh huh. ^^ I am getting used to Paint for cartooning now; most of it was done with the brush tool, but the sharingan eyes were done with brush first, then on the highest magnification (800%), detail was added with the pencil tool. ^^ And that's how I made Sasuke's pretty eyes. :)
