Chuunin Mod Exam: Update

Well everyone, the mod search has ended!

Thanks to all of the members who applied. I wanted to make every last one of you a moderator, it was extremely difficult to choose.

In the end I picked 3 mods for each time zone (PST, CST, EST, GMT).
Everyone give some love to the new mods:

huongstar, doomturtle, duelist, kylara, jillybean_, lostuponme, thestrand, sarinthesky, kayuuko, biztheinsane, christilltear & sorceress

That really seems like a lot of moderators, but compared to how many applied.. it's not. XD Besides, better to have too many than too few.

Now, all of those picked are going to do great jobs, I'm sure of it. If for some reason you have any problems with a mod though, let me know. Don't argue with the mods, come directly to me. They have all been given guidelines, so you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Plus they're all lovely people!

One last thing.. There will be a Layout Contest (thanks to mesmerise for the suggestion) coming up soon, so start designing a gorgeous layout for our community! Details will show up soon.
