There always seemed to be something weird about Naruto lipsynching to that "Come on!" And it just showed Team 7 beating up random fat people. :/

Some mix of something. I can barely understand it, it's not ROCKS, but it's not like One Piece's opening. It showed clips of Haruka Kanata, though. And I'll miss that.

I really like the dub. Some of the voices will take some getting use to but other than that I'm enjoying it.

So far I am actually very much enjoying the dub.... the voices seemed a little offset at first but I am ajusting to them.... Much better then some dubs I have seen...

The translations of the jutsu's still throws me off a little... but I am pleased!

I personally think the Naruto openings and closing are some of the best, but I understand they have to consider time for the TV airings and make them more appealing to the general American audience.

I was pleasantly surprised at a lot of the stuff they kept in there. I was very happy about it. I couldn't figure out why they chose to take out the blood for the "nosebleed" parts but keep blood in other parts. I guess they don't want to go too deep into innuendo. But hey, they kept Sexy no Jutsu altogether, so yayness!

Some of the voices sound good. The clip of Shika's and Ino's voice we heard in the 1st one sounded nice, however, you can't tell much from just one clip. Naruto's voice, however, grates on my nerves. I can't tell you why but there is something about it that made me mute the whole show b.c I felt like I was going to tear off my own ears.

The show seems good thus far, I don't think I'll continue to watch it after this (again, I can't listen to it). Well at least until Zabuza comes in, and you know Gaara (I can't live w.o Gaara and I so desperately want to hear his voice).

I'm also interested in hearing Shino's voice. He's all deep and sexy 12 year old in the original, so I want to know if they decide to keep it that way for the dub.

I'm actually satisfied with the show - I just don't like Naruto's voice. It's a little too feminine. I mean, I understand he's a kid and all, but meh. That's just my only complaint.

The best part? My brother now WANTS me to break out my DVDs so he can watch them all! HE'S FINALLY INTO NARUTO!

Dear lord x___x Iruka sounds like a pervert, like hes talking all nice and sexy and sweet to Naruto to get him alone.

I'm happy that they kept Sexy No Jutsu alone, :3 You didnt see anything in the first place anyway.

Also, everything has been left alone besides the 'over excess' of blood and the voices. The sound affects and background music are still the same :D Yay!

And the opening and closing themes x______x Horrible...

Basiclly the voice actors are trying too hard, if theyd just relax and really start actting out the script instead of just reading it all BLAH then it would be just fine :3

I'm still HATING Naruto's voice though...

I always got the impression that the 3rd wasn't so serious. I mean, we know from clips of Jiraiya's past that he is a bit of a perv too. So, while they are still trying to be respectful and show the leader as strong, it almost seems that they are taking away some of his personality.

And...I wonder what else he uses that gazing ball to look at? Knowing that he agreed to go peep at the women's bath w. Jiraiya when he was younger...

...just a thought.

I do agree w. everyone that Ebisu sounds awesome, too bad he couldn't be the VA for a more prominent character.

ahh, i really like it!
narutos voice is cute and fits(y'know, since hes like, uhhh TWELVE AND HASNT GONE THROUGH PUBERTYYYY), and that one second where shikamaru spoke i was like "HNNNGHBFGHNNNNNN CUTE".
i look foward to many fans complaining about the tiniest things, and the new fans! i also look foward to next saturday.

puberty and voices mean very little in the Naruto-realm, if you think of Shino's character who is also twelve.

I just think Naruto's voice isn't, I don't know, its scratchy (which hurts my ears), and a bit too calm for Naruto. I'm hoping that once the series continues all the actor will fall into their characters a bit more but I couldn't disagree w. you more on the VA fitting Naruto (but that's my opinion).

I'm looking forward to merchandise coming to the US w. this. It means it'll be cheaper.

I didn't get home until after 8:30, so I held off and I'm watching the repeat now. Couldn't find the remote in time to catch the opening(or did they show it in the first episode? I think it just cut to Naruto doing graffiti in the original).

OH MY GOD, Iruka is Raiden. That is so fucking wrong that I'm glad he does nothing for the rest of the series. :P

Everything else seems cool, though.

Ino sounds like a bitch...Shika is okay, though. Sasuke said nothing, so I cannot judge. :/

I really enjoyed it, personally. I loved Hokage's voice. <3 Naruto's voice was really weird at first (especially with all that laughing), but it quickly grew on me. On the other hand, the few moments of Shikamaru speaking... well, I didn't like his voice much, but who knows. XD I'm sad they took out the original OP and ED songs/animations, though.... ;__;
