Okay, how about this...

It's aired. It's been dubbed. It's over and done. Hate it or love it, as they say. We can all move on. Start new topics and let's not flood my friends page by bringing this one up again.

Oh, and that includes bitching about other people's opinions! You think your opinion is right. They think their opinion is right. Whatever. You're not going to change each others' minds and you're not going to listen to each other anyway. And stop with the "Oh, you XX-fans have it so much better than we OO-fans". Whatever! It happened. Get over it. All of it.



[edit]: And to answer the "Why are you bitching about the bitching question," I am doing it in an effort-- probably futile since few people seem to read back on the community page-- to get people to stop rehashing points that have already been made and to stop bashing other people's opinions, as it only leads to more "ZOMG I'm RigHt Ur WrOng" flame wars.

Now for the nosebleeds. I personally think that they were removed, not for the violence factor, but rather not many kids would honestly understand what is going on. It'd start confusion like "CAN NARUTO'S SEXY JUTSU ACTUALLY DAMAGE THE OPPONENT?!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!????////\111@!"

Although, the rocket-propelled blood loss is pretty risky as-is.

It really only bothered me in the episode I watched because he get Iruka with it, and he comes back with two tissues in his nose--- for no reason (since there's no blood). Sub or Dub, weird, random, out of place shit like that just irritates me in anything I watch.

I'm in some four or five active different Naruto related groups, not including Naruto crack, icons, and screencaps, et cetera, because they usually have different things to offer. Since the American release has been released there have been repeated entries saying the same things: I can't wait for the Dub; The Dub is going to suck; or Did you guys know there was a dub. Since the preview of the Dub was released there have been repeatedly on my friends page: I kinda like the Dubbing; I kinda dislike the dubbing; What are you complaining/not complaining about? j00r 5t00pId.

Maybe it's not on your friends page as much, but it is on mine, and I know it's on others'.


And, yeah. Wow, I'm bitching. Whatever. Not a single one of these entries I've seen can I remember saying "Whatever, it's done, get over it." So I said whatever, it's done. Get over it. And yeah, people will probably respond however they like, but it will at least be in the comment thread and not crowding up my friends page. A lot of the other commenters seem to agree.

Good enough justification for you?

To me it sounds like a personal problem. This community isn't flooding your friends list, but all the communities you are in are. That's your problem, not ours. Of course people will talk about the dub. It will blow over in a few weeks. Until then, don't read the posts. Leave a few of the LJ communities if you are so bothered. It's not the hardest thing in the world to skip past them. Regardless you are still doing the same thing you are complaining about~

I don't have too many Naruto fans on my FL, and those who are haven't posted much about the dub, if they even watched it. It's getting kinda irritating seeing all of the dub posts here, though. Since I thought that comm ::points to link above:: was created for the purpose of dub discussion. If it were new fans, asking questions, I probably wouldn't be so cranky. New fans asking questions don't bother me. Ooo, I'm opening myself up for some wantastic replies with this comment.

The dub is the biggest thing to happen to Naruto for a long time. This is a Naruto comunity. It makes sense that the people here would want to talk about it. I found this comm by typing "naruto" in the search engien under "intrest". If this was a Metallica comm and it was flooded with posts about their new album would you complain like this? No its stupid to ask poeple not to talk about Naruto in a community made for people who want to talk about Naruto.

If the communities were simply stating their opinion but that would be one thing, but these conversations are-- as per usual-- breaking down into people saying that their opinion is right and the other opinion is stupid. That's just pointless. No one is going to change anyone's mind, so stop trying and stop insulting or belittling people for having a difference of opinion.

I understand but because this is such a large forum it is inevitable that their will be unpleasent characters who only seem too want to complain about everything. They are on every forum no matter what you do.

So you can either start you own comm and not allow this kind of behavior or ignore them. Thats all anyone can do.

Actually all anyone besides a moderator can do is make an appeal for people to behave in a reasonable manner, which is what I'm doing.
