A bit of a request

I remember seeing a page from one of the scanlating groups with a tutorial on how to colour the manga pages, the example being an image of Yondaime. I'm in a bit of a fix not being able to remember a couple of the techniques they used to colour in the black areas, so if anyone could direct me towards the tutorial I'd be forever grateful!
