Just a quick reminder....

The chat with Maile Flannigan - English VA for Naruto - will begin at 8 PM EST tonite on AIM.

IM me at sparklesoanstick or fan_geek at nakedintheonsen for more information.

We'll put open attendence information here at 8 PM EST here in this entry. We just want to make sure the kinds that really want to talk to Maile can get into the chatroom first. ^_^

The AIM chatroom name is narutodub, the same as the chat that meets every Saturday when the episodes air. Hope to see you there!

We will ask that patrons DO NOT post Maile's screen name or pass it around between lots of people in order to respect her privacy so that she doesn't get bombarded with fifty million IMs every time she signs on. As a common courtesy, please do this for us. She WILL be doing chats in the future so if someone misses her now, they can catch her later. ^_^

Ah, I wish I hadn't missed it, but I, unfortunately, had to take my cat to the vet and wait there while they poked and prodded the poor animal to try and figure out what was wrong with him. Nonthing but an arthritis flare-up, fortunately, but I'm sad I missed the chat.

I was very pleasently surprised that the only people that came in were people who were very civil and really seemed to enjoy Maile's work as Naruto. There were a couple folks who might have edged here and there about discontent and we had a random troll but overall it went really really well. She had a great time.

That's good to hear. It would've been sad if she got flack for her voice work. I mean, she is doing the best she can to please Naruto fans and everyone knows how important Naruto is to the fans.
