I personally don't consider "filler" to mean an episode that isn't in the manga. I think it means an episode that doesn't further the main plot of the series, but goes off on a tangent or something. Like the episode we are talking about. Which is where that icon comes from. I want to use it too, lol so I hope we find out who made it. :D
