This post is really just leading up to the next, most fantastic post ever, which i will hopefully have after next weekend (yay Youmacon), but i am not making any promises, as i don't want to break any hearts...

Naruto's too bootylicious, baby
ok, true story, in Nightlife, to get you accustomed to all the new features, a random character will call up the character you're playing as. I happened to be playing the Sand house, and Sakura called for Gaara, inviting him to hang out downtown. He was all "Hellz yeah!" So a car comes and picks him up, and upon reaching their downtown destination Sakura, Tenten, Ino, Hinata, Gaara, and Naruto all get out of the car. I was AMAZED at how well this game has adapted to my playing...
Naruto and Sakura busted out the NAruto Ondo (sadly Shikamaru was not there to rap with them, perhaps another time).
Gai showed up and started to shake his groove thang on the dance floor
Which Ibiki did not approve of (god i love this picture).
After awhile Gaara invited them all back to his place, where he chit-chatted with the ladies for a bit (and yes, that is tenten with her hair in braids and wearing her futuristic kimono...)
and then performed a little rap for them as well (Gaara is evidently the king of flow)
Temari came out around 4:30 am to tell them to shut the god-damn hell up, as she had an exam in 5 hours, but Naruto only mocked her
Poor big sister gets no respect...
all together now...
THE VENGA BUS IS COMING, AND EVERYBODY'S JUMPIN...
Gaara, sick of Kankurou's incessent listening to that song, devises a plan
He tells Hinata his brother's crazy-lonely, and wonders if she knows anyone he could be hooked up with. She is all giggly with anticipation of hooking Shino up.
But first she had to make sure he was good enough for her surrogate brother, so they hung out for a bit, which ended up with them performing the Simhustle
meanwhile, our lonely bug boy is so lonely he has gone to Madame Crackhead for help in his lovelife.
But Hinata shoved her out of the way, proclaiming she had set him up on a blind date for tomorrow night *ding*!
meanwhile, Gai-sensei is quietly enjoying his morning paper, when...
"Oops, don't mind me, just grabbing some whipped cream and cherries..."
The spasm was so powerful Gai's clothes flew off by themselves, and he fell bloody-nosed face-first into his breakfast.
and in some other parts of the story...
Kurenai is officially the most badass jounin ever. Pregnant and doing one-armed pushups... damn
Ino, feeling ill, begs Shikamaru to go get her some meds
"aww, but that's so troublesome..."
"Do it, damnit."
Whilest Chouji works on his latest painting
"What's that Hinata? Shino got a date, and we're back in the manga? And we're sexy as hell? This calls for a celebration!"
"Hey, where'd you go?"
Whee, sorry for the big gaps of time between episodes. I can't really make any promises on when i'll update next, just know that there's much more to happen.
Also, HUZZAH FOR TEAM 8 FINALLY SHOWING UP POST-TIME-JUMP!!! Good god damn, that made me happy.
also, i really hope someone caught the implications of Chouji's sweet lil picture.
