Hello! I'm new to the community! Nearly cried when I found it in all its glory. It's pretty!

Better than the others, completely!

I'm currently tossing up a Naruto Roleplay; if I could get the kinks worked out, would anyone be interested? I was thinking something along the lines of people growing from Academy Students to eventual Jounin (or Hokage, anyone?) using their own original characters; family, weapons, skills... the works. Personally, I think it'd be a lot more fun with more talented writers, the usual "and then he killed the ninja and jumped high up in the air and came down and put his shuriken through the ninja's head to show that he killed him" roleplayers are quite tiresome.

Just playing with some ideas right now, comments, criticism, questions all accepted and welcome!

Can't promise anything, but if you want I can try if you ever get it started. I particularly like being the 'bad guy' in most things. Haven't gotten the chance to though yet in this fandom. If you need any help just ask. (Won't be able to advertise for you however, this is about the only community I'm in that's Naruto-related.

Depending on when you start this roleplay, I might join. As it is, I'm currently swamped in schoolwork, and could only write one entry a week (if at all). But by december 10th (ish) I'd be free for a month to roleplay as much as I liked. Even though I really, REALLY suck at writing fight scenes. I mean suck like WOAH. =P

I've done RPing on livejournal before, so if you need any help, I could maybe give you some help, if you needed ideas or whatever. *nods*

The idea of OCs, I like. It gives the opportunity for some to create their own character, but without the threat of it becoming a Fanfic like Mary-sue, what with all the other characters keeping yours in check. *grin* One of the first things you'd probably want to figure out, is when the story starts to take place - before or after the Kyuubi incident, for example (as members of the RP would then have to either describe their reactions to the whole Kyuubi thing, or recollect on the dead family members, etc.)

Not that I could claim I'd necessarily be able to be a posting-more-than-once-a-day member (and probably not that... but I could try), the idea does sound good. (I love original characters... that don't get into relationships with canon characters. XD)

A Naruto RP with an original storyline and original characters? That's a wonderful idea! I would totally join! It gives less of a restriction of being too OOC with people because the characters are your own.

I already have a character in mine with a pretty unique weapon that I've always developed. :)Either that, I might one of the villains or something =P
