I hope it's alright if I do a little pimping here. Chunnin really is one the the best places to pimp RP coms, as well as other things.

Now! I'd like to take a moment to bring the light the existence of a new, serious, friends only, Naruto/Vampire RP com called Narpie

We only have a very few characters at the moment, but already we've got some interesting things going on!
We need a team Gai, Shino, Akatsuki members, Kages, Sannin, a Zabuza, everyone really! So please come a check it out!
