it's not really that bad, well it depends i guess. some may do find it stimulating while others, (i know a couple) downright gross XD
on the contrary, i was LMAO-ing the whole time and every time i see the pic XD for some reason i find it extremely funny XP i dunno, i'm just weird i guess. it's just so unGaara-like for me see... almost like it was Gaara Orochimaru abducted and brainwashed...

edit: i take it it doesn't really matter? XD enjoy this "gift" then. ;P

I think it's safe for 14-year-olds and up. It's not kid friendly, but not explicit enough to keep away from the younger teens. And dude, he's HOT. Even younger teens can enjoy TEH HOT.
