yeah, um, its very common icon material, and he's not smiling or wearing his headband, and it was just his face... that probably does help at all. i feel really stupid now ^.^

I think I know what you're talking about. Are you thinking of jadenlightstarz icon, the Kakashi one here (http://www.livejournal.com/allpics.bml?user=jadenlightstarz)? (whew, I had to go dig that one out from a month-old chuunin post...)
You could ask him/her if you could use it, or if there's a bigger version of it. ^_^
