chuunin_archiveWhen Itachi tells Sasuke that he has the ability to develope the Mangekyou Sharingan technique, he says that Sasuke must kill his closest friend. Since Naruto didn't die... does that mean that he still can't use his eye like that? We all saw that his eye formed into its complete form... so why did that happen if Naruto didn't die?
