So, we see the spy and everyone is "OMG!" But who knew that the spy is not the highlight of the manga?

HELL YEAH!

People were sort of expecting Kabuto to be the spy, and even if it was predictable it still was interesting to see. Is there anyone kabuto is NOT working for? DAMN.

But he was quickly overshadowed by everyone's favorite villain. Well not really everyone's favorite. But now it's going to be kind of hard to take over the Sound, if Orochimaru tries to do anything. And that whole rabit eating snake, how's that for forshadowing?

What's with the Sai vrs. Sakura showdown? One minute they hate each other, the next they're friendly, the next it's tension. >.>

Dear me Orochimaru, you are looking quite young. Little boy's bodies do wonders for the skin. -___-.

Yeah Kabuto is finally revealed to be a traitor. Maybe we can finally stop the Mr. Smithers jokes. I always hated seeing Kabuto portrayed as Orochimaru's fanboy/bitch.

Ah, but it's so funny knowing that Kabuto was obviously set up from day one as likely to turn on Oro. The boy can only take being second-best for so long. Everything he does for Orochimaru, and Orochimaru always chooses others over him. It was only a matter of time before he snapped. This is why I love the lad.

Also, I wonder--I can read Hiragana and Katakana (and can translate a slight bit, though hardly any--thank you College Japanese I)..and in the panel before Kabuto makes his very wistful face (and his vocal bubble was "...") they were talking about Sasuke---I, being the fatalist that I am, believe that something probably has happened to him. Sorry, Sasuke fans...

I wouldn't be surprised if Oro-sama took him.

Orochimaru took Gen'yumaru's body before it was revealed that the Konoha nin had 3 years before Oro-sama could do it again. So, Orochimaru had a month at least if not more before they found out--so Konoha may have thought they had more time than they really did. Think about it--to get that information, Jiraya had to get into Oto no Kuni, and then to a village where he could get inside information about Otogakure. Then, before Naruto went to train with Jiraya, he had to wait at least a while to get healed--it was again, at least a few weeks, if not a month or so---and Naruto was then gone for almost 2 and a half years. And if Orochimaru had an edge of time---well, poor Sasuke.

But, Orochimaru, though he can wait to get what he wants, still is impatient---and I think that if he did infact, take Sasuke's body, it will be his downfall--If I were him, I would have kept Sasuke as a trump card--like the 'Get out of Jail Free' card in Monopoly--use when absolutely needed.

But, then, as my friend Kakashi (yes, I am staying right now with Kakashi and Iruka cosplayers) says--he doesn't think that this is the last we will see of Sasuke..

So, who knows?

*squeals unhappily about Orochimaru picture* ;-;! I'm a Sasuke fangirl and something PROBABLY has happen to him. Which really sucks but the one thing they really can't do is kill off Sasuke.

I have a reason behind this... And it's not just because he's hott. >>; Yeah well, it is partially because he's hott but he has a lot of fans and no mangaka would WILLINGLY piss off their fans. Like when Kishimoto-sensei killed off Gaara... He twisted it and brought him back. It helped the plot but it definitely stopped the attack of rabid fangirls like myself. >>;

They might let Orochi take over his body but if that happened they'd definitely have Sasuke fight it or Naruto-tachi bring him back in some dramatic way. Lots of harm may come to Sasuke on the way, but Kishimoto-sensei can't really kill him permanently. He was number 1 character in a Shounen Jump poll in Japan if I recall correctly...

Or you could just say I'm in denial... Could be a bit of both. ><;;

So any bets on when we'll see Sasuke's reappearance? I say either before chapter 300 or on chapter 300 since it's a big number and there's been lots of talk about him lately in the manga...

...and I have a bit of a feeling there aren't many Sasuke fans here, are there? >
