i was kinda watching ep 165 because of the screencaps posted (and i missed kakashi being all sorts of... kakashi :P)

anyway, going with my theory that tayuya IS NOT dead, early in the episode her fantastic flute music was playing, so she's still alive and well... and helping out konoha :p

While you ARE correct in saying she's not dead (well, says the rabid Tayuya fan), the idiots making the filler just fogot where the music came from. It's been used in previous filler... Damn them...

I have noticed that alot. They people making it use the "wrong music" all the time. Like I have teh OST's.

For example, they use "sasuke's theme" alot, yet sasuke isnt around.

And that flute music appears fairly regualary too.
