It's really unlikely, considering Kishimoto's "zomg kabuto = traitor!" stuff, though I wouldn't put it past him to just put that stuff in to make us think otherwise...what if Kabuto is also a fake spy? What if Orochimaru and Kabuto know that Sasori is dead and Team 7 is going to impersonate him, so they disposed of the real spy and replaced him with Kabuto because Yamato wouldn't know the difference? O.o

2nd panel -- kabuto notices that yamato has noticed that
3rd panel -- so he spins around, and draws attention to the rabbit instead, to explain away whatever yamato may have noticed.
thus, he and orochimaru are indeed working together, and the snake eating the rabbit indicates future pwnage of team yamato. :D;;

We find out that Sasori put a seal on Kabuto at some point to make him forget who he was, and he tells 'Sasori' that they rotate hideouts every week, tells him where they are right now, and that Sasuke is there. They have three days to get there. Kabuto hears a sound and throws a Kunai, sees a rabbit, and dismisses it. Turns out Orochi was watching.
