OMFG Sai theory...and crack theory :D



Ok well, there's obviously some unexpected connection with Sai and some Konoha-jin...for that is just so Kishimoto's style. I personally think that he is and Uchiha for he has the eyes, hair and arrogance. He also seems to have a cold resentment towards the world and perhaps he is (SHISUI XOMG <33) an Uchiha who was away from the villiage during the slaughter. It just seems to fit so well :D

And of course my crack theory. So, Sasuke was walking away from where he left Naruto; he tripped and hit his head on a rock. He woke up with amnesia and a TV playing in front of him where he was forced to watch hours upon hours of Hikaru no Go. After this, he thought his name was Sai and when he came accross Naruto, his subconcious desires cause him to always talk about his penis. x3

Shisui is the Uchiha that gang of Uchihas came to Itachi about for the sketchiness of his suicide, na?

I'd entertain the theory of Sai being Shisui's brother. He does indeed look like an Uchiha and there's no Sasuke around to say that he never knew him. There's also the possibility that Sai could have been away from the clan at the time of the genocide with Danzou, the ANBU-roots leader, if he was in his possession for training at a young age like Hinata later was in Kurenai's. Itachi might have left him alive that way, or simply if he was Shisui's brother and therefore having left alive only his brother and his best friend's brother for some reason beknownst only to him.

I didn't think of any of this before reading this crack theory, but I like it.

If this is true, then that means that Sai is the 3rd Mangekyou Sharingan user! At the time that Itachi mentioned it, Kakashi DIDN'T have it, ha the theory works!

well, i think itachi said that if sasuke was able to activate mangekyou sharingan, that it would make him the 3rd user...

you know i dont necessarily believe that though because fugaku knew all about it, and if itachi and kakashi were the only ones to have it; then there had to be someone before x.X;

...is that if he is, he'll be too valuable to send out with Team 7, especially after Sasuke left, unless there are other Uchihas that also survived.

I am of the belief that Itachi was very through in his annihilation of the Uchiha clan with the exception of Sasuke. In "The Guardian In Spite of Herself", the sequel to edenfalling (ElizabethCulmer (http://www.fanfiction.net/~elizabethculmer))'s "The Way of the Apartment Manager", Itachi being the captain of an anbu squard, has access to mission records. On the morning of the massacre he sent out a message to all Uchiha on missions that something went wrong with the clan, and to abort the mission, going to into hiding and wait for Itachi... (yay edenfalling!)

The only reason for there to still be any surviving Uchiha, was had an Uchiha knocked up someone from outside the clan. I think that is unlikely because some bloodline limits are probably recessive, Sasuke's parents are probably related, they live on a compound and they are a large clan. Or, they have been taught to exercise extreme caution and that no one is allow to marry out. If in this case, there is a child of Uchiha blood and Danzou got his hands on him (/her), then I doubt he'll loose him on Team 7 or even let that child leave the village, instead keeping him/her inside Konoha and setting him/her up for marriage.

Unless no one really cares about the Uchiha Preservation Project aside from Sasuke, that is. The clan itself isn't there to care, other high-up clans such as the Hyuuga wouldn't care seeing as Uchiha is a branched-down family and...yeah. If Danzou wanted Sai for his Uchiha ability he wouldn't be breeding him because he doesn't have time left to his life to see results from that, he'd use him as his tool. In that case, it makes sense to tag the Jinchuuriki with him, who's so hard-trained.

mm, i get your point, but it seems to me that Itachi might not be as thorough because the reason for the genocide was to see if he could do it. Sai could've been very young (perhaps Shisui's younger brother or something becuase he mentions his brother's death) Anywho, I asume that if he is an Uchiha it would be more of a secret thing...he may have changed his name or something.

Sai will pop the Sharingan in a battle soon to come after saving Sakura from some unknown destructive force, will complain about how his entire life was devoted to having no emotion and how the way he was forced to save her 'ugly' ass has thrown him into a depression, and Sakura will immediantly discover that Sasuke wasn't all that good - Sai is the perfect replacement. His eyes are sexy, too!
