I was just thiniking about something...



Okay...so, as we all know... both Kabuto and Orochimaru are hanging out at the World Bridge. My question is...

Who's watching Sasuke?

I mean, assuming that Sasuke hasn't become a complete Orochimaru-drone, he's definitely aware that he hasn't got much time left before Orochimaru takes over his body. And on top of that, he still has to find Itachi. So... with Oro and Kabuto gone, can't he just get up and leave? Unless they have him completely restrained, he should be able to get away... as I'm assuming only Orochimaru and Kabuto would have the power/skill to stop him from leaving.

Any thoughts? o.o'; Just seems so odd that they'd leave him alone....

They probably assigned Sasuke to do something or let him do things but with some restrictions? >_>; But I hope this is a sign that Sasuke will show up VERY soon!
Because Sasuke went to Orochimaru by his own will, I really doubt he wouldn't just leave. I'm guessing he's still trying to get something out of Orochimaru, but I dunno what other than power (which is too vague anyway).

Sasuke told Naruto that he doesn't care if Orochimaru takes his body -- as long as he still kills Itachi in the end. But still, I wouldn't be surprised if Orochimaru locks the poor kid up when there's no one around to monitor him, just as a precaution. Last we saw Sasuke, they were walking past the prisoner cells, after all.

That is an interesting prospect, though -- the idea of Sasuke just leaving now. Team 7 gets there: "Hey, Sasuke, we're here to -- !! ... Sasuke? ... Hello?" With Akatsuki flaunting their movements with the abduction of Gaara, Sasuke could try to follow them to Itachi now.

I don't think Sasuke would be kept in a cell. Those were for the specimens and general collected odds and ends. Kimimaro wasn't kept in a cell. ^^ He got the best they could offer as far as we can see (and that was important, psychologically).

Sasuke is going to be Orochi's new body. Wouldn't he would be treated very well and kept fit and healthy, and generally treated like the heir apparant (even before they've got near to Sound, the Sound 4 were calling him Sasuke sama). ^^

Hmm... I know, but I took that as meaning that he'd want to do it while he was still in his own body, and then Oro could do whatever the hell he wanted. Because, is it really significant if he doesn't kill Itachi himself? *shrugs*

Orochimaru did say, in the Sasuke in the barrel arc, that the subconscious of the guy whose body was taken by him would stay in the back of his mind.
Possibly, that's the best Sasuke will get, I guess.

Well, Sasuke went to Sound of his own accord, and has now presumably been with Orochi for three years. You can quite happily leave someone to their own devices when they don't want to leave.

It also shouldn't necessarily be assumed that Orochimaru has no one else with power; what's to say that in three years he has not replaced his lost gates with people of equal power to his former choices. One on one, I reckon it would have been an even fight, but if they had teamed up, I reckon they could have easily stopped Sasuke.

Also, Sasuke could be at the bridge too. We didn't know Oro was there until Kishimoto allowed us to see him! ^^

Sasuke's probably being kept that same way Kiminaro was kept. Kimimaro became a complete Orochimaru freak and Sasuke probably has too. I guess he wouldn't really leave Orochi then. But I could be wrong. Who knows.

I agree with people saying that he was doing a job, I think that Sasuke is Tobi, no doubt. There's no way that Sasuke has been left alone. It makes sense:

Being in Akatsuki, it brings him closer to meeting Itachi, it's all a matter of time before we find out.
