I voted for Uchihacest. I'm not big into Neji/Hinata (I have trouble reading anything w. a lot of Hinata in the plot, no clue why.) & I love Gaara too much to pair him up w. anyone but Naruto. But I think there is a lot of pyschological fun to be had with the idea Uchihacest. What is that syndrome where the victim falls in love w. the kidnapper, or what not? That's what I would imagine would occur with the Uchihacest. Plus I agree w. the idea that the only way Sasuke knows how to show affection & love is through violence & pain, then w. that way of thinking, Itachi showed Sasuke the greatest amount of love of anyone in his entire life. But then again, I'm not a fan of Sasuke in general and love to torment him, at least in mind, with all sorts of pyschological afflictions.

However, I'm curious as to which pairings in Sandcest are more prefered (of those who voted for Sandcest & anyone in general)? Uchihacest provides no options of who the two partners would be &, as someone has already pointed out, Hyuugacest does provide a few options, but the other characters are minor & less likely to be chosen as the dominant pairing of that cest-fandom. But with Sandcest there are three options of characters that can seen as "main" characters (or temporarly frontal-background characters, if you will).

So what pairings do people prefer in Sandcest? Or do most people just prefer all three lumped together?

I voted for Uchihacest, which was my first 'cest love, but lately I've found a strong liking for Sandcest (KanTema, anyway). Hyuugacest (mainly NejiHina) is cool, too, but I don't go out of my way to find it. But Uchihacest (ItaSasu) is certainly my favorite, and there are other pairings in that category which I also find interesting.
