Quick ? about chap 249

In chap 249, Deidara calls Sasori "Sasori-danna," which I think means husband. Also, in chap 247, Deidara says "Sasori, your husband should watch too, yeah."
Can anyone give me a little light on this? This is all probably because I'm a really confused non-Japanese speaking/reading/understanding fan.
