Frankly, the more I think about it, the more I find that I like the Sakura in that movie the most. You gotta admit, that was a clever attack. Why, oh why does it seem that she has gone total brawn in terms of battle scenario so far in Part Two? I want to see Sakura take on leadership (I'm in love with

sunstrokeruspg Sakura a dutiful ninja, and a medic's heart, and through her eyes, the horrors of the Iwagakure arc in

sunstrokeruspg was really brought home.), and I want her to get better at out-thinking her opponents. In terms of brute strength and raw chakra power Team 7 already has Naruto, and Sakura has always been the voice of reason, kinda, and that was cool.

It starrs an OC (*gasp*, teh words of DOOM), but don't worry, it's a pretty awesome OC. I read only up to around chapter 6, and am pretty worried about the Shino/OC undertones (*death to romance*, give us the ninja fights!), plus the "I really hate killing people thing", but all in all, awesome. For one thing, this fic actually has actual ninja battles along with ninja stuff, like information retrival mission. Plus politics and backgrounds of the villages.

I like the OC so far, she's a kunoichi from Iwagakure (my new favourite village thanks to fandom), and the awesome background stuff comes in where it was explain that some ninjas in Iwa, in addition to their ninja rank, take on titles according to the type of their art trade and the level they are at. Iwagakure, being cold and stoney and cut off from the rest of the world during winter times, is very artsy. The OC's is glass, of which all of her special attacks and ninja stuff is based on. Also features a super clever attack where she throws a kunai made of glass, and when the enemy deflects it, it shatters in his face.

Meh, so it seem that Deidara is a man, after all, I'm cool with it (...and inspire to draw/write something with Akatsuki as a treehouse theme), ~~Sir Leader can still be a Sir Hellsing thing~~, but yeah, this fic, awesome. I actually like reading OC as long as they are done well, because in the world of Naruto, so much to work with.

Anyone else here really curious about Iwa now?
