Everyone who ships in this fandom goes through a bit of pairing insanity, which causes them to go looking for visual "proof" that whatever pairing in question is legit.

I'm guilty of this as well... *coughsasunaruepisode16cough* so I'm just as dumb. XP

Well, since I'm bored as hell, I decided to poke a little bit of fun at all of us. (photoshop + boredom + 3:30 am = bad combo)

Okay, I don't think I have space to list it all, but in summary:

Most of my 2-people pairings can acutally be found at akatsuki_love, sweet sweet crack van, which seem to have some Zetsu x Tobi fans (You know who you are!), frankly I'm looking forward to seeing Tobi stalk Deidara.

Akatsuki x Jinchūriki is actually not that much of my thing, because it's hard to see beyond the fact that Akatsuki see Jinchūriki as well, batteries.

The exception I will definitely make is for Shukaku!Gaara x Captured!Deidara. (Somebody who can draw, please! Deidara in chains and Shukaka!Gaara!) Hell, gigabomb has already wrote "Improbable Dilemma" and its sequel, "Improbable Discussion", in which Kankurou found that Sakon alive inside his puppet trap, and gave the surviving twin to his sister Temari as a boy toy. Maybe.

Non Member Characters that I would ship with the Akatsuki:
- Orochimaru (I would like to think that even after he left he is still sleeping around with somebody in Akatsuki once in a while, yeah.)
- Kabuto (I think somebody wrote Itachi x Kabuto, 'cause Kabuto gets off on power, yeah.)
- Zabuza, but this is mostly with Itachi and/or Kisame, see spacetart's shark porn (http://www.livejournal.com/users/spacetart/tag/shark+porn), corrupted me forever, yeah.
- Hinata (I like her with Zetsu, and Kisame, gigabomb has done both. Also, there was a good Sasori x Hinata one (within a multi-pairing one, I think SasoDei was also there), not fluff. Try AFF.Net, though it still got too...romance for my taste. The beginning was good.)
- Sakura (Mostly it'll have to be AU, currently my crack Akatsuki x NMC pairing is Sakura x Zetsu cause of the different personalities thing.)
- Jiraya (Okay, this is actually only for gigabomb's Fox and Shark AU Crack, where the Leader is a woman, Reiko-sama!)
- Ino, with Deidara, be it a femme!Deidara or boy!Deidara, just because, yeah.


My other NMC x Akatsuki crack, actually, come to think of it, I have many ,yeah, Kurosuki Raiga from the Curry of Life arc, x Kisame. My crack theory is that Raiga was in love with Kisame, before Kisame left the Swordmen of the Mist and joined up with the Akatsuki, creating Raiga's betrayal complex, yeah.

Must not forget, Aoba (the loudmouthed Jounin who told Sasuke, that Itachi is back in town), x Tobi, the Akatsuki wannabe!
