Two random questions that probably aren't of any interest to anyone except me.

1. Who is Zetsu's voice actor?
2. Is there ever any mention of an alliance between Kumogakure and Iwagakure in the series? If not, would it be reasonable to assume that the two villages are allies?

1. The only list of voice actors I know is this (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=1825), and it doesn't have Zetsu in it. Maybe you could try to find someone who has an official fanbook...

2. I don't recall such alliance, and I don't know.

For Kumo and Iwa, we have about Zero information on the villages except for their names. So it wouldn't be canon to assume they are, yet it wouldn't be to assume they aren't. XD

Hrm, okay... I needed the information for a fanfic, so it's not a huge deal if it's canon or not since I'm basically making up my own version of the two villages. I wish Kishimoto would just spill the beans about the other countries/villages already. >_
