Wondering, Is that a fake or a real ? To me its fake. just want to confirm if its realy or fake.

In the Naruto Manga (Japanese) I have. One of the pages, you can see Doremon.

AFAIK, it's fake. The story goes something like, people heard Naruto might be coming to the US, and got creative about how Toonami (which was pretty much the only timeslot that showed anime cartoons4kidslolz!!!11 would get around all the violence - ie, that picture, from the scene where Naruto stabs himself in the hand.

See, that's a scene with violence and blood. He's stabbing his hand with a kunai. But the joke is "omg Viz raped my anime," so instead Naruto is readying himself for a nutritious meal.
