I am sorta not too bothered about the Gaiden either way, but it might be interesting. Personally, I have never bonded at all with Yondaime and can't see why people are interested in him....it's not that I dislike him at all though. It's just that we don't seem to click, if you know what I mean...so perhaps seeing him animated would help me get an angle on him. I am certainly interested in the kyuubi sealing, so...

And I am interested in Earth Country. Because it's Deidara's homeland. XD

I think most people really want to see it, though.

Oohhh... I want top hear his voice too! *lusts for it* Because... it's jsut that... they really need to do something to explain it all to everyone... I eman, they make such a big deal about Yondaime and I just want to hear his voice and maybe... see him actually move? That and I think it is important to people who don't read the manga (blasphemous!!) to understand Kakashi's past... because I actually enjoyed that part of the manga... Although as long as it isn't drawn out like the Sasuke/Naruto battle...

I eman... there's only so much 'flashback of the flashback of the episode I saw yesturday'stuff one person can take... like really.

But Kakashi= Love so... I actually really -do- hope they put it in there... it would be better then the stuff they've been putting in *is avoiding fillers likle the plague*

I'd love to see the Kakashi Gaiden animated ^_^ I wanna see and hear Yondaime too :P If it was kept as it was in the manga, I think it would be a good to see, and would be a nice way to finish off this season of fillers, all ready for the next stage to begin.

I'd love to see Kakashi Gaiden animated too, but not because of Yondaime, really. I do like him, but he's not even in my huge list of favorite characters.
I'd like to see it because of Obito. He is one of my favorites, and I'd love to see him moving and talking. xD
But people are saying the Gaiden will be an OVA. =/ This makes me sad and upset that they spent so much time making these fillers when they could use something that really happened in the manga.

I would normally say yes, because anything that is Kakashi is good. However, Kakashi is my favorite character and more episodes of randomness will increase the chances of them doing injustice. So I guess my overall answer is no. For example, I used to not mind Hinata so much, but after the gazillion filler moments with her, I now hate her with a passion.

Though ...argh...more Kakashi goodness and Yondy...sigh I guess you can't have a cake and eat it too. =T

(This is to making nonsensical filler arcs /like the stupid bikkochu crap/, not the gaiden itself...ahh I love the gaiden.)

Yes, definitely! I crave for the animations to provide for visual orgasmic pleasures see them in real fighting action. But stupid stuff like sending them off to look for a bug or something else not pertaining to the manga will probably kill me than make me happy.

It was noted in an American college actually... by a Studio Pierrot director that they're just going to run straight into an 'older Naruto'. Odds are, don't expect Kakashi Gaiden. If they decide to do ANYTHING, they will make an OVA or a movie out of it in the future. This pisses the shit out of me considering we sat through all these fillers that are absolute garbage and a waste of time to watch while we had something that stuck to the MAIN STORY

I agree with you completely, not only did we have something that was true to the main story... but it just seems like such an important thing to explain... you know, like where he gets the Sharingan.. why he broods over the memorial (aside from the quick "my friends are dead" explaination) I don't know... It just seems like they haven't really given Kakashi's character the chance he deserves to have his own episode... just about him :(

I don't know if I would like to see it drawn out over 26 episodes because that would Definately mean for the same thing as the Sasuke/Naruto fight...
